What if I can’t make the Expo?
If you cannot attend the Expo, you must sign your E-Card and designate a proxy to pick up your bib. The proxy must sign the form and bring the following to the Expo:
-
A photocopy of the RUNNER’S (your) Photo ID (driver’s license, government ID, or passport)
-
A photocopy of the PROXY’S (their) Photo ID (driver’s license, government ID, or passport)

How do I join the Marathon Training Program?
Details will be emailed separately after you complete your registration to run the Marine Corps Marathon on Team InterVol.
I’m unfamiliar with the DC area. Which hotels are most convenient?
While we cannot recommend one hotel over another, the Gaylord National Resort and Convention Center is a partner of the Marine Corps Marathon, and certainly any hotel within walking distance of the start or finish lines is advantageous.
Why am I not getting emails from the Marine Corps Marathon even though I am registered with Team InterVol?
When your minimum financial commitment is met, you will begin receiving direct emails from the Marine Corps Marathon in addition to Team InterVol.
What is the timetable for fundraising?
You must meet your minimum financial commitment by August 1, 2019. You may continue fundraising beyond your commitment until race day on October 27, 2019.
How do I get my case of wine?
Those who live in the Greater Rochester Area can pick it up at our headquarters in the Rochester Regional Health Riedman Campus at 100 Kings Hwy S, Ste 1200, Rochester, NY 14617 after you meet your fundraising goal. Out-of-town runners will get their case in Washington, DC, during Marine Corps Marathon weekend.
