Cooking Classes with Chef Ryan and Dr. Tim O'Connor are officially underway! Last night marked the first of many classes for the 2016-2017 season.
Chef Ryan began the evening with Squash Soup with Lentils and Cumin, followed by an Autumn Vegetable Salad, Braised Sicilian Sausage with Polenta and Salsa Verde, and finished with Crepe Cake with Salted Caramel and Almonds.
In addition to learning the tricks of the trade of Chef Ryan, guests were treated to a masterclass in all things wine delivered by our very own expert, Dr. Tim O’Connor. To kickoff the season, all attendees were presented with this year’s cookbook binder, where they can keep each of the recipes from Chef to try at home!
