Standing in Solidarity

Thanks to everyone who's reached out to us with ready hands and hearts in the wake of the recent natural disasters!

We stand in solidarity with all those affected by Hurricanes Harvey and Irma in the United States and Caribbean.

Unlike our Hurricane Matthew relief effort, which focused on the small town of Léogâne in Haiti that we have been doing work in for well over a decade, the areas most impacted today are spread out over 3,000 miles.

Unfortunately, these are areas of the world where we do not have "boots on the ground," thus we have been seeking partnerships with other organizations that know those areas, what things are most critical to getting them back on their feet, and how to best distribute them.

The response from all organizations thus far has been overwhelmingly similar: they need enormous amounts of quality lumber, and volunteer cleaning and construction crews.

While we continue to reach out to Caribbean hospitals that may need restocking, please know monetary donations to reputable organizations like the American Red Cross or signing up for a volunteer construction crew at Samaritan's Purse also make a huge impact!
