Congratulations to Team LeChase Construction! All-star golfers Jim Scheirer, Mike Morris, Ryan Proud, and John Pryce took home the trophy for our incredible community partner, LeChase Construction.
This year’s golf fundraiser marked the fourth annual InterVol Invitational Tournament. The InterVol Invitational was held on Friday, June 1, at the Ravenwood Golf Club in Victor, NY. Ravenwood Golf Course is an award-winning 18-hole course, which is considered to be the Top Public Golf Course in the area, and was selected by Golf Digest as the 5th “Best New” public course to open in 2003.
Eighteen teams played for the trophy at this championship golf course, which has beautifully manicured tees, greens and fairways. With five sets of tees, golfers of all skill levels are able to participate in the fun. Participants and sponsors alike also enjoyed lunch, a silent auction, dinner, and cocktails inside Ravenwood Golf Club – a welcome shelter from the unpleasant early summer weather.
The tournament raised over $30,000, which will allow the continued support to InterVol, the volunteers, and the Third World countries InterVol serves. InterVol would like to thank all of the participants, Constellation Brands, Ravenwood Golf Club, and all of our sponsors for making this fundraiser such a success. We hope to see you next year!
